GOOGLE USER DATA

Purpose. HomeBase is a CRM for real estate agents. When you choose to connect your Google account, HomeBase accesses Google user data only to provide the following user-facing features to you, the signed-in agent:

  • Google Sign-In: Your name, email address, and profile picture, used to create and secure your HomeBase account.

  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • We transfer Google user data to others only when necessary to provide these features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • No HomeBase staff read your Google user data unless you give explicit permission (for example, for support), it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Google access tokens are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely on our servers, where they are accessible only by our backend systems and are never exposed to your browser or to other users. You can delete your HomeBase account and all associated data, including stored Google tokens, at any time from your Profile page or by contacting us.
